This Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCi went from 95hp and 212Nm to 120hp and 270Nm with our Stage 1 ECU calibration, a gain of 25hp and 58Nm, with an EGR software solution in the same visit.

ECU and tools

This Fiesta uses a Bosch EDC17C10 ECU and was calibrated through the diagnostic port with Magic Motorsport Flex, with no ECU removal. Dealer-level diagnostics were carried out before and after.
