Mercedes Sprinter tuning
Mercedes Sprinter remapping in Bristol, Somerset and South Wales
The Sprinter carries big loads and covers big miles. A remap gives it stronger pulling power when loaded, fewer downchanges and a more relaxed drive, and we tune it at your premises. We come to you from our Weston-super-Mare base, across Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, South Wales and parts of Devon and Dorset.
Mercedes Sprinter versions we tune
Factory figures vary by market, version and year. We confirm your vehicle's exact ECU and software before quoting.

What a remap does on a Sprinter
Lower-powered Sprinters often share hardware with the higher outputs, so they can gain a large amount of torque from a remap. A Sprinter 311 we tuned at Stage 1 shows how much difference it can make.

For working vans the focus is low- and mid-range torque, so a loaded Sprinter pulls away and climbs more easily. Economy-focused calibration is available for high-mileage vans.
Gearbox tuning
Automatic Sprinters use the 7G-Tronic or the newer 9G-Tronic. Where a gearbox tune is supported, it smooths shifts and helps the gearbox make best use of the extra torque.
Tuned for working vans
A van remap is about useful low- and mid-range torque, not a headline number. Loaded vans pull more easily, hold gears for longer on hills and motorways, and need fewer downchanges, which is where economy-focused calibration can help with fuel use, depending on routes and driving style.

We tune at your workplace or home address, and can do several vans in one visit. A remap does not change the van's payload, towing or gross weight limits.
- Single vans and mixed fleets
- Appointments at your premises
- Pre-tune diagnostics on every van
- Economy-focused calibration available
Examples of our Mercedes Sprinter work
Before any work
Every appointment starts with a diagnostic scan and a check of the vehicle's condition. If something needs attention first, we tell you before any tuning is done. Installed software is covered by our lifetime software warranty, and tuning is a modification, so remember to tell your insurer.

Common questions
Can a 311 or 314 Sprinter be remapped to more power?
Often there is a large gain on lower-powered versions, but it depends on the exact engine and hardware. We confirm what your van can safely achieve before quoting.
Does a remap change the Sprinter's payload or towing limit?
No. Payload, towing and gross weight limits stay exactly as Mercedes set them.
Can you help with AdBlue or DPF warnings on a Sprinter?
Yes. We can help diagnose and fix AdBlue, DPF and EGR faults on site, usually for far less than replacement parts.
