The results

From 115hp as standard to 130hp, the VW Up! GTI gained 15hp, roughly 13% more power.

Torque rose from 200Nm to 240Nm (+40Nm), which is what you feel most in everyday driving: stronger pull from low revs and easier overtaking.

This was a Stage 1 calibration: no hardware changes, just carefully refined engine software. Boost, fuelling, timing and torque limits are adjusted within safe margins for more usable performance every day.
