This Mazda 2.2 Skyactiv-D went from 150hp and 380Nm to 210hp and 480Nm with our Stage 1 Balanced calibration, a gain of 60hp and 100Nm.

The results

Power went from 150hp to 210hp, an increase of 60hp or around 40%.

Torque rose from 380Nm to 480Nm (+100Nm), which is what you feel most in everyday driving: stronger pull from low revs and easier overtaking.

What the work involved

A Stage 1 remap is a software calibration for an otherwise standard car. We refine parameters such as boost, fuelling, ignition timing and torque limits within safe margins, so it pulls harder through the mid-range without any hardware changes.
