Peugeot Expert 2.0 HDi Stage 1 & EGR Solution

This Peugeot Expert 2.0 HDi went from 130hp and 320Nm to 164hp and 400Nm with our Stage 1 calibration, and its persistent EGR fault was fixed.

An EGR fault stopping normal running

EGR faults on the 2.0 HDi often cause reduced performance, warning lights and limp mode. A bespoke calibration addressed the underlying software strategy so the van runs as intended, with Stage 1 added at the same time.

ECU and tools

This van has a Bosch DCM3.5 ECU and was calibrated through the diagnostic port with AutoTuner, with the original software backed up first.
