BMW 320i G20 Stage 1, Gearbox Calibration & Bench Unlock

This BMW G20 320i went from 184hp and 290Nm to 260hp and 420Nm with our Stage 1 ECU calibration, a gain of 76hp and 130Nm, with a bench ECU unlock and a bespoke gearbox calibration.

Transforming the B48 320i

The G20 320i is a strong all-rounder, and Stage 1 transforms the way its B48 engine delivers power. Throttle response is much sharper, the mid-range is far stronger and power delivery is smoother, while the car keeps factory-like drivability.

Locked Bosch MG1 ECU

This car has the locked Bosch MG1 ECU, so we carried out a bench unlock before programming. Once unlocked, the Stage 1 calibration was written and paired with a gearbox calibration that improves shift speed and gear selection.
