The results

Power went from 560hp to 720hp, an increase of 160hp or around 29%.

Torque rose from 680Nm to 900Nm (+220Nm), which is what you feel most in everyday driving: stronger pull from low revs and easier overtaking.

What the work involved

This was a Stage 2 calibration, written for a car with supporting hardware such as intake, intercooler or exhaust upgrades. With the engine breathing more freely, the software can safely ask more of it than a Stage 1 map.
