BMW M140i Stage 1 & Cold Start Solution

This BMW M140i went from 340hp and 500Nm to 420hp and 600Nm with our Stage 1 calibration, done on the same visit as its exhaust upgrade.

Tune and exhaust together

The car was in for an exhaust modification, so we tuned it at the same time. The B58 gains far more mid-range torque and pulls hard all the way through the rev range.

The results

This BMW M140i now makes 420hp, up from 340hp as standard: 80hp more, an increase of around 24%.

Torque rose from 500Nm to 600Nm (+100Nm), which is what you feel most in everyday driving: stronger pull from low revs and easier overtaking.
