BMW 540i generations we tune

Factory figures vary by market and year. We confirm your car's exact ECU and software before quoting.

G30/G31 540i (2017–2023)

B58 3.0 turbo straight-six, 340hp and 450Nm. Later cars may need an ECU unlock first.

Quiet, effortless performance

In a larger car, the B58's extra torque after a remap shows up as relaxed, effortless overtaking and stronger pull from low revs, without spoiling the 540i's refinement.

Later cars may have a locked MG1 ECU; we confirm this from the registration and unlock it on site.

Gearbox tuning

The ZF 8-speed is mapped to suit the engine, with higher torque limits and smoother, quicker changes.
